Travis Scott Says ‘Jackboys 2’ Is Dropping ‘Soon As F-ck’

Travis Scott continues to promise fans that they do not have to wait long for his label’s compilation album Jackboys 2.

Interacting with fans, one bluntly asked Scott when the long-awaited project would arrive.

La Flame simply said to the fan: “Soon as fuck.”

Fans were previously hopeful that JACKBOYS 2 would drop before the end of April to coincide with Scott’s birthday (April 30).

In a birthday message to his mother, Scott teased that the album would be arriving imminently.

He wrote: “EVERYONE WISH THE BIGGEST GOAT A HAPPYYYY BDAAAYYY THE QUEEEEN OF DIS HERE. MI MOMMMMMMMAAAAAAA LOVE YA MOOMMMMMMAAAAAAAAAAA PS I PLAYED HERE JACKBOYS 2 SHE SAID DROP ON YOUR BDAY BABY JACK. !!!!!”

While Scott’s birthday came and went without the album dropping, it is now available for pre-order along with various pieces of new merchandise.

Scott has been teasing his label’s second compilation album heavily in recent months.

He recently wrote on social media: “Jackboys album brazy. I just threw up. Certified.”

Scott also said that he would be dropping the album before he went back to WWE, where he has been heavily involved of late.

Taking to Instagram with photos of his appearance at WrestleMania 41, Travis captioned them, “I DONT WANT A RECEIPT I WANT BLOOOODDD AFTER JACKBOYS 2 I NEEEEEDDD THAT.”

The first JACKBOYS album dropped at the end of 2019 with the short but sweet seven track project going straight to the top of the Billboard 200.

Scott also recently unveiled Wallie the Sensei as the latest signing to his record label, joining the likes of Sheck Wes and Don Toliver.

Wallie had already been confirmed to feature on Jackboys 2 meaning his signing was hardly a surprise.

As well as an album, JACKBOYS 2 will be accompanied by a film directed by Harmony Korine, who previously worked with Scott on experimental action movie Aggro Dr1ft and his Circus Maximus anthology in 2023.

A synopsis on the poster says of the film: “Fast cars, bright lights and one shot to make it out. JACKBOYS 2 brings Travis Scott and the crew back into the fire – where every move echoes with risk.”

A release schedule has also yet to be unveiled for the film.
